You may return most items purchased from xunrovarbrphonux within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Yarn or fabric that has been cut or opened from its original packaging
  • Perishable items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Package the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include the RA# and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Processing

After we inspect your return and confirm it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4.2 Refund Timeline

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and typically takes 3-10 business days after we process the refund.

4.3 Return Shipping Costs

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
